Every release of Hello Meal, newest first, described by what it does rather than by what changed in the code.

A plan before a calendar. You start from what you cook, chili for six, chicken and rice for four, and then put the portions on the days. A portion on no day is allowed. A meal says how many and who: everybody in the home by default, and anybody can take themselves off one.
One cooking session for all the recipes. The steps are put in order, the ones that keep your hands busy one at a time and the ones that do not, like the oven, alongside. Before you start it shows how long it takes. The next step starts when you press Done, and the plan is worked out again from there.
Timers that ring in the chat. When a timer ends the bot sends a message with a sound and a Done button, even if the phone is locked. One message in the chat keeps itself up to date with the current step.
Portions counted until they are eaten. At the end of a session you say how many go in the fridge and how many in the freezer. The evening before a meal whose portions are frozen, the bot tells you, and one press moves them to the fridge. Eaten is one press.
Recipes. Write your own, one ingredient a line and one step a line, or start from about twenty built for batch cooking, in Italian and English. Scaling scales the ingredients and not the times. What is missing for a plan is a text you can copy.
Calories and macros as estimates. Per portion, always with “≈” and how many ingredients the number covers. Values come from what you type, from Open Food Facts for a product you confirm, or from a table of common foods based on USDA FoodData Central.
Homes, shared in Pro. A home has owners, editors and viewers, and is shared by invitation. The free plan is one home, one active plan and 15 recipes of your own; Pro adds the rest, and is 150 Stars a month or 1500 for a year.
Mini App and web app. The kitchen screens in Telegram, and the same data in a browser.
The links to Hello Pantry and Hello List are not in the first release: they come after it, one at a time.
